Users online 2, When opening the Folder displayed above, I still cannot see any other files contained within the folder, but I can save the new document here. It appears to be an issue experienced through Office Online apps, as you can browse through SharePoint and see all files in document libraries and folders.

Is there a way to download all the contents of a single document library other than downloading each file individually? Context: Looking to migrate Document Libraries from a single subsite to various subsites.
I guess I wouldn't necessarily need to download the files if there is another way to move them across subsites. This will switch to the Classic UI and then open a Windows Explorer that will display all of the files and folders in that library.
Select and drag and drop files between the two Windows Explorers just like you would between two Windows drives or network shares. For moving files from one subsite to another, without using any scripts, you can just try the SharePoint Migration Tool. It's free and works fine. In order to use this tool to move files from one place to another you should first map the source document library ies via OneDrive for business.
Then, after you download everything, proceed to using the SharePoint migration tool. Benefits of this approach: - OneDrive is a lot faster than WebDav protocol and you will always have the latest files on your disk - If I remember correctly, the SharePoint migration tool can migrate the diff.
In the top navigation, select Download. You can also right-click the file, photo, or folder, and select Download. The Download button may sometimes disappear if you refresh the web page while looking at a folder.
To work around this, you can go up one level in the folder directory and come back, or close that tab in your browser and navigate to the folder again. If your browser prompts you, choose Save or Save As and browse to the location where you want to save the download. Some browsers just start saving right away to a Downloads folder on your computer.
You can then delete the OneDrive copy of the file or folder to reduce your storage amount. For more information, see Delete files or folders in OneDrive. If you're in a folder and you select Download without selecting any files or folders, your browser will begin downloading all contents of the folder.
You can't download files directly from the Shared view.
